President's Message

Happy Holidays RCAEOP members, family and friends,

Though the presence of COVID-19 has become the new norm for many of us, office professionals such as ourselves have been resilient as we continue to move forward with the unknown. It is more important now more than ever to remain connected with each other as a community and to continue setting both professional & personal goals to stay motivated.

I have been blessed with an amazing executive board this year and I am continued to be impressed by the level of commitment & talent these individuals possess. The October workshop was a smashing success due to the passionate office professionals who continue to explore and make professional growth a priority.
Now we are moving towards the holiday season and we will continue our momentum. RCAEOP has several upcoming events such as the December workshop on December 8th, a SEE’s Candies fundraiser and RCAEOP will be donating to the Feeding America: Inland Empire Food Bank.

Please join us at the December workshop and help RCAEOP make the holidays brighter for the communities that we serve. In the next few months, we will be adding more resources on our website to assist our members with gaining new skills and the February workshop promises to be another amazing event in the future.

At the moment, many of you are wondering if we are still having the Annual Bosses Night event. It is paramount that we will continue to remain safe and follow social distancing guidelines. RCAEOP puts the safety of our members, friends and family at the forefront. It is simply too soon to tell, hopefully we will have more of an idea around January if we will have an in person event.

Traditions are important to our organization and RCAEOP would like to still see nominations for the Administrator & Office Professional of the year. Also we will be announcing more information about elections in January in our new RCAEOP Connect online magazine and about this year’s scholarship closer in February. Thank you all for your support and continue “Taking it to the Next Level with RCAEOP”

-Juno Fernandez, RCAEOP President
