As we approach the end of the 2021-2022 term, I am grateful for what we have accomplished in 2020-2022 and despite numerous obstacles, RCAEOP will be finishing the year strong. I've enjoyed getting together with my fellow RCAEOP members at our workshops and events for the last two years.
I would like to stress the importance of networking groups like RCAEOP. In my involvement with RCAEOP since 2014 as both a member and an active board member, I have accepted 2 promotions in my career. RCAEOP has provided me a platform to network, grow professionally, and build my confidence, which has aided me in my career. I highly encourage you all to get involve for the upcoming year in this amazing organization.
Around the corner is a new year with Irene Mendoza as our incoming President. Please welcome her and the new incoming board members. Election information will be posted soon.
Thank you all for your support and continue “Taking it to the Next Level with RCAEOP”
